Governing law & venue
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of MyHealthyFeet are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
International users
MyHealthyFeet is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Content is not directed at any specific country and should not be construed as practicing medicine in any jurisdiction.

Where we link to external sites (such as US government health resources), we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or changes over time.
Copyright claims (DMCA)
